T.E.A.M . is a six-week wellness program that addresses the importance of healthy eating and staying fit for good health. The program is ideal for an individual who needs to lose weight, change poor eating habits, improve fitness level or improve a health condition such as diabetes or heart disease.Instructors: Terri Spirk, Nutritionist & Diabetes Educator

Program: ♦ Weekly nutrition class will discuss foods that support health and help with weight loss. Each participant receives a nutrition wallet to help with structuring meals and eating within a specific calorie range.♦ Weekly T’ai Chi class helps improve fitness level and create mindfulness in every day living.
